Harry Truman's Missouri background didn't necessarily make him a leading candidate to support civil rights, but as it turned out he did become a civil rights supporter, which included his executive order to desegregate the military. This 2-inch celluloid is a scarce item from the 1948 campaign. Excellent condition.
