Scarce Alton Parker and Henry Davis 1 1/4-inch celluloid jugate with classic design. The pair are pictured with a liberty cap at top. Also known as the Phrygian cap, it was originally worn by freed slaves in Rome and later became a symbol of the American Revolution.
