James Meredith's Mississippi March for Freedom in June of 1966 became a landmark civil rights event. Meredith was shot on the march's second day but the march continued, and he rejoined it when it concluded its route from Memphis to Jackson, MS. This scarce 2 1/4 inch celluloid is from the Al Anderson collection, excellent condition.
