A scarce Chicago 1 ¼-inch celluloid picturing Carter Harrison, who was mayor of Chicago from 1897-1905 and 1911-1915. Harrison also was a presidential hopeful in 1904. Harrison served in France during World War I and his father was educated in Paris, giving the family a strong French connection. A great Chicago item in excellent condition.
