Pratt was a Black Panther targeted by the FBI Cointelpro operation. Convicted of murder and kidnapping in 1972, he spent 37 years in prison, freed in 1997 when his conviction was vacated. Also famous as the godfather of rapper Tupac Shakur. This 1 1/2 inch celluloid circa 1990 is in excellent condition.
