Franklin Mills of Lockport, NY, was might proud of its headquarters and this colorful 2 1/8 inch celluloid proves it. Beautiful detailed artwork makes this pin a real gem. In mint condition, it has sold for $350; this one has a cell sep at 8:30 and is a little off center, so we're starting it out at a very low price.
