Debs and Seidel Socialist Jugate

Eugene Debs and Emil Seidel are pictured on this Socialist Party 7/8-inch celluloid jugate from 1912. Seidel became the first Socialist mayor of a major American city when he was elected in Milwaukee in 1910. Like Debs, he later became an outspoken opponent of America's entry into World War I. Excellent condition.
