Carter Tennessee Inaugural Special

Rare Jimmy Carter pin made for 1977 inauguration. This 2 1/4 inch celluloid with ribbons was worn by passengers on the Tennessean Special, a plane that flew from Nashville to Dulles Airport, where it was greeted by Al Gore. A rare Carter item in excellent condition. Photo shows a family wearing the buttons getting ready to board the train (Photo not included in lot).
