Artist David Russell created what became one of the most iconic of all Bill Clinton pins. This 2 1/4-inch celluloid has become known as the Clinton Man on the Moon for obvious reasons. It is No. 13 of a very limited run, hand-made by Russell. Excellent condition. It comes from the Al Anderson collection. Al and Russell were friends for many years.
