New York Governor Horatio Seymour is painted as having friends from "groggeries, brothels" including "murderers, robbers and incen-diaries" on this 8 1/4 by 11 1/2-inch handbill. This is from 1864 when Seymour, depicted as the candidate of the "McClellan Confederate Peace Democracy," was defeated. Some minor spotting.
