One of the true Theodore Roosevelt classics. Uncle Sam is welcoming Teddy back home on this colorful and rare 1 1/4 inch celluloid. TR had been gone for close to a year hunting wild game in Africa and this pin was part of the celebration that welcomed him back home. It has a tiny pinprick size indent by the “c’ in “Welcome” and few other tiny surface indents that you only notice when you hold the pin at an angle in the light. Overall excellent with legendary design and bright colors.
