Walter Flower, standard bearer of the Citizens League of New Orleans, 7/8-inch for mayor 7/8 inch celluloid stud, excellent condition. Flower was elected mayor in 1896. A few years before, he was a participant in the lynching of 11 Italian immigrants in New Orleans.
