Uncle Sam and Lady Liberty aren't going to have anything to do with the 1906 New Jersey Bishop's Bill banning the sale of alcohol on Sundays and raising taxes on alcohol. This framed 1 ¾-inch celluloid with artwork by B. Anspach shows the two icons raising a toast to alcohol! Rare item in excellent condition, no pin on back. That broadside Uncle Sam is holding says, "By Jimco no Bishop Bill for Us -- Uncle Sam."
