Sam Tilden campaign items from 1876 are always hard to find, and this one is a beauty. It's a 3/4-inch ferrotype jugate stud picturing Tilden with running mate Thomas Hendricks. This is the finest example of one of these we've ever seem -- and we haven't seen many, it's a rare piece.
