Teller 16 to 1 Uncle Sam Silver Republican

Uncle Sam gives his endorsement to Henry Teller on this Silver Republican pin. Teller was a Republican populist from Colorado. The 16 to1 silver to gold ratio was a popular theme in his home state. His response was to become a Silver Republican and it served him well: he served for many years as a senator and was a presidential hopeful. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid is excellent.
