Rare Theodore Roosevelt 1 1/2 inch celluloid that pictured him in his Rough Rider garb holding a paper that says “His Policy Equal Rights for All.” Made by F.J. Connor of Lynn, Mass., this is a really, really tough TR item. We only remember offering this item one other time so you’re not likely to get another chance at it anytime soon. Excellent condition.
