This is a rare William Howard Taft coattail from Gordonville, Mo. The 1910 census of Gordonville located only 170 people living there, so you know there weren't many of these 1 ¼-inch celluloids made. Taft is pictured with Herbert Hadley, who was elected governor of Missouri in 1908. St. Louis Button Co. back paper, excellent condition.
