William Howard Taft met Mexican President Porfirio Diaz in El Paso, Texas, on Oct. 16, 1909. It was the first meeting between presidents of the two nations. This colorful 1 3/4 inch celluloid with small surface bump at top center is a scarce pin made to commemorate the historic meeting.
