The Brooklyn Citizen newspaper was founded in 1897 and survived until 1947. In 1928, the newspaper threw its political support to Al Smith for president. This is a really rare Smith pin -- checking back, we couldn't find that we had offered it in the last 20 years. It has a Stafford Co. of Brooklyn back paper, excellent condition.
