Seamen for Henry Wallace

One of the true classic pins from Henry Wallace's 1948 Progressive Party campaign for the presidency. This rare 1 1/2" celluloid is a Seamen for Wallace pin. Wallace was a friend of organized labor and we can only guess that on long voyages sailors had plenty of time to talk politics, and the dockworkers agreed with them about Wallace. Excellent condition. Al Anderson collection.
