We have to admit this is the first time we've seen this Theodore Roosevelt celluloid jugate napkin holder. It was made by the Shellonite Manufacturing Co. of Manchester, N.H., and even has little metal feet on the bottom to keep things in place. It's a 2-inch item in excellent condition.
