Herbert Hoover's supporters didn't think that the Great Depression was a time to takes risks. So in 1932 they had this 1 1/4 inch celluloid made to urge voters to play it safe with Hoover. It turned out most voters were more interested in taking a chance on Franklin Roosevelt and few of these pins survived. Excellent condition.
