You sure don't want your president to be a pussy footer! That's the message on this Nicholas Murray Butler for president 1 1/2 inch celluloid with J.A. Joel back paper. Butler was a winner of the Nobel Peace Prize, president of Columbia University and a well-known celebrity of sorts who ended up taking James Sherman's place as a vice presidential candidate in 1912 after Sherman's death. This pin from the Al Anderson collection is in excellent condition.
