William McKinley and Theodore Roosevelt 1 1/4 inch celluloid jugate with dates they entered the military (McKinley 1861, TR 1898), with Whitehead and Hoag back paper and a ribbon from the Chautauqua Veterans' Union reunion in 1902. Excellent condition.
