A Rough Rider and naval vessel are symbols for Theodore Roosevelt, but apparently someone liked the design so much they used to make campaign pins for TR’s opponent, Alton Parker, in 1904. This 1 ¼ inch celluloid with Baltimore Badge back paper pictures Parker with those TR symbols. Excellent condition.
