No. we have to admit we don't know who Chuck Scally was. We do know this is a rare 1 1/4 inch celluloid and collectors believe that "Jack" is John F. Kennedy. Excellent condition. Here is one possible alternative solution: Chuck Scally apparently sponsored golf tournaments. Therefore it could be that it was made in relation to Jack Nicklaus, not Jack Kennedy. The phrase Jack's Pack was the answer to Arnie's Army.
