We know it's Dwight Eisenhower. There were a lot of guys named Davis running for Congress or for governor (John of North Dakota) in the 1950s, so we're not sure which Davis it is. It does have a Fargo Rubber Stamp imprint on curl which makes us believe it is our North Dakota friend. Hard to find Ike 1 1/4 inch celluloid coattail, excellent condition.
