Woof! Woof! A charming item featuring Franklin Roosevelt’s famous dog Fala. The little Scottie is depicted here as a 14 karat gold plated pin attached by a little chain to the U.S. Capitol. The pins come attached to their original 2 1/4 inch card, which has a corner clip at bottom right. Pins are in excellent condition.
