Highly sought after Carter-Mondale jugate from Alabama. This 2 1/4 inch celluloid is a must-have item for any Carter or jugate collector. COPE is the Committee on Political Education for the AFL-CIO. This pin was ordered by the Alabama state AFL-CIO and was parceled out to union members in small batches, which explains why it became so hard to track down. Norm Eavenson collection, excellent.
