This rare Roosevelt-Fairbanks Lady Liberty 2 1/4 inch celluloid jugate is a great find in itself, but this one is made even better because it is attached to a ribbon from the 1904 Iowa Republican State Convention in Des Moines. Whitehead and Hoag back paper, excellent condition.
