Mayor Edward “Jack” Sensenbrenner is a Columbus, Ohio, legend. Sensenbrenner was mayor from 1954-1960 and again from 1963-1972 and is credited with engineering the city’s remarkable growth. He also was famous for using words like “spizzerinctum,” which described the indomitable spirit of Columbus residents. His son was the Presbyterian minister in Troy, Ohio where the Anderson family worshipped. This scarce 3 inch plastic name tag is a Sensenbrenner LBJ campaign item.
