One of the most sought-after of all JFK pins. A handful of these “I’m Gone for John” pins were made and sent to Kennedy’s Senate office. The story is that JFK’s father Joe saw the pins and was not impressed. What Joe wanted he usually got, and when he said he didn’t want to see any more of the pins they ended up not being produced for wider distribution. Very few exist today. This 3 1/2 inch celluloid is in excellent condition and will be a treasured addition to any collection. Currently it has been checked out by the second largest number of collectors. At the Springfield APIC Convention, one dealer was offering this pin for $10,500.
