Winston Churchill met with Harry Truman at Westminster College in Fulton, Mo., in 1946. Churchill’s speech there was entitled “The Sinews of Peace,” but it became famous as the “Iron Curtain” speech because of Churchill’s warning about the coming Cold War and use of what became the most famous phrase describing communist nations. This scarce 2 1/4 inch celluloid was made for the event. Excellent condition. A very reasonable minimum to get it started.
