This Obama for Senate pin is one of the hardest Obama pre-presidential pins of them all. This is the same pin that was the subject of a large discussion on Facebook earlier this year with the end conclusion being that there are only three that are known in the hobby. It’s a 2 1/4 inch celluloid issued in 2002 for Obama’s Illinois State Senate campaign. It was distributed at the Illinois State Fair and in his South Chicago Senate district. A rare opportunity to acquire this important and extremely rare early Obama campaign pin. Obama specialists know of only three examples of this pin and this is one of them. Excellent condition.
