They eyes of Texas are on Jimmy Carter on this 1980 campaign pin. It’s a scarce 3 1/2 inch celluloid that calls on Texas voters to re-elect Carter. Jimmy had an uphill battle in that state, which he won in 1976 but lost in 1980 to Ronald Reagan. Excellent condition.
