Rolling Stones guitarist Keith Richards was arrested in Toronto in 1977 for possession of heroin. When Richards was found guilty, the judge ordered him to stage a benefit concert. It took place in Oshawa and this 1 1/2 inch celluloid was a part of the deal. Little bit of edge crimping on the back.
