Ciprian Septimo was a 13-year-old deaf boy who was shot and killed in New York in 1978 by a landlord who said the boy was breaking into his property. The case fueled a major controversy and inspired this 1 ¾-inch celluloid. Curl reads “Justice for Jr. Committee." Excellent condition.
