John Brown is the hero on this rare 1 ½-inch celluloid made in 1906 to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the Battle of Osawatomie in Kansas. Brown and his followers killed five pro-slavery settlers adding to what became known as “Bleeding Kansas." Whitehead and Hoag back paper, excellent condition.
