James "Sunny Jim" Sherman is pictured on this scarce 1 3/4 inch celluloid. Sherman was a New York congressman who served as William Howard Taft's vice president. He was on the ticket again in 1912 but died from Bright's Disease just a week before the election. This is the first we recall offering this pin, which has a cardboard easel back. Excellent condition.
