Irish Hunger Striker Raymond McCreesh
Irish Republican Army member Raymond McCreesh was part of the 1981 hunger strike at Maze Prison and was one of the protesters who died. Interestingly enough, one of the soldiers who captured McCreesh was later killed in a shootout with Francis Hughes, another Maze hunger striker. This 1 3/4 inch celluloid has some faint spots as usually is the case with these pins.
