Rare hand-made George Washington folk art image from the centennial era in 19th century. This is a pen wipe, designed to be used to clean ink from the nib of a pen. Fortunately for us, this one was kept in great shape. It is 7 ¼ by 13 inches and comes from the Rex Stark collection.
