An ingenious 1880 mechanical card made to promote the Clothing House tailors of Haverhill, Mass. The image rotates -- you can put either James Garfield or Winfield Scott Hancock in the window. Back features an ad for the clothing company. Back has some scuffs and paper stuck to ad as pictured.
