This nice-looking Franklin Roosevelt 1 1/4 inch celluloid isn't the big attraction here -- the attraction is it is attached to a rare New York State Colored Democratic League Inc. ribbon. Ribbon shows a little wear, but still looks very good and is a special item linked to black voting rights. Pin is in excellent condition.
