Chandler and Waterfield, Kentucky
Happy Chandler was a legend inside and outside Kentucky. Twice elected governor, he also served as U.S. senator and was commissioner of Major League baseball when the sport was integrated. This 7/8 inch litho pin is from the 1950s when Chandler was elected governor and Harry Lee Waterford was elected lieutenant governor. Light scuff right center.
