The Black Devils was an American-Canadian commando unit formed in 1942 and considered the first special service force. This 1 1/4 inch celluloid with Whitehead and Hoag back paper is from Post 736 of the American Legion in East Liverpool, Ohio, honoring the Black Devils. Excellent condition.
