Blow the horn for Bill! This rare William Howard Taft celluloid features a magnificent design, showing a bugler playing for Taft. It’s a 1 3/4 inch celluloid with a small nick at around 2:30, still very attractive. Bastian Brothers back paper, a Taft classic.
