Abraham Lincoln on the front, running mate Hannibal Hamlin of Maine on the back. A beautiful 1-inch item in excellent condition with beardless Lincoln photo. Hamlin was a former Democrat who turned Republican because of his opposition to slavery, later was a senator and ambassador to Spain. Part of the set of four 1860 ferro jugates, all offered here on Feature Plate that were purchased from Chick Harris back in 1965.
