Len Small is pictured on this scarce 1 1/2 inch celluloid. Governor of Illinois from 1921-1929, Small fits right into the history of Illinois governors – he was often accused of corruption during the wild days of Prohibition and went to trial for jury tampering, but was acquitted. This pin is in excellent condition.
