Robert Sweitzer tried to redeem Chicago by getting elected mayor, but he lost in 1915 and again in 1919 to Big Bill Thompson. This scarce 1 inch celluloid most likely is from 1919 when Sweitzer used “I Will” as his campaign slogan. Excellent condition.
