It was the stove polish for suffragettes! This 2 7/8 by 4 5/8 inch trade card appealed to women's rights advocates who had to polish their stoves. It was issued by the Phoenix Manufacturing Co. of Taunton, Mass. Reverse has a few faint marks, front is excellent.
